Blanched Hazelnut Kernels

PREPARATION

Natural hazelnuts are lightly processed,
so that the membrane on the hazelnut is
peeled off and the product becomes
whitened hazelnuts with %5 membrane
and %4-5 desired moisture level.

DIMENSIONS

9 - 11 mm, 11 - 13 mm, 13 - 15 mm, 15 mm+
veya 9 mm - 16 mm are prepared in single
/ multiple desired sizes.

USAGE AREAS

Used in chocolate, confectionery and
pastry industries. It is also consumed as
a snack.

PACKAGING

25 kg, 50 kg, 80 kg jute naylon bags,
25 kg, 50 kg in the Kraft bags, 5 kg, 10 kg,
12,5 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg transparent colured
or aluminium vacuum bags, in carton
box, or without carton on pallets, 500 kg,
700 kg, 800 kg, 1000 kg in the large bags.
